Little league day at the Rangers' game

This is the third year we have participated in little league day with the Texas Rangers.  The kids get to parade around the field before the game and see themselves on the jumbo-tron.  Then, of course, the get to gorge on baseball food and hang out with their buddies.  It's pretty fun for us parents too!!

Dirty Scurry

I discovered a kids' mud run from a friend's facebook post and I was so excited to have the boys do it!  They were not too hyped up about it, but I just talked it up and basically didn't give them a choice.  ;)  It turned out to be a blast and they LOVED it.  We will definitely do this again.

Warrior Dash weekend!!

A bunch of my sorority sisters and I got together this past weekend for a Warrior Dash and girls' weekend.  We met up Friday night and reconnected, ran the dash Saturday morning, then relexed at the Gaylord Texan and had a blast Saturday night with Le Freak at the Glass Cactus.  It was such a good time and it was so fun seeing so many of my sisters I hadn't seen in so long.  The only bummer was that our girl Lauren broke her wrist ice skating the previous weekend and had to have surgery on Friday!!  She missed the dash but met up with us when we finished and made up for it at the Glass Cactus.
