We stopped at my aunt's house in Mississippi on our trip to Florida to visit for a few days. Aunt Jessica and Uncle BJ were kind enough to watch the boys and we had a night out in New Orleans and stayed in a hotel off Bourbon St. We had a fantastic time. Unfortunately, it poured rain the next day so we didn't get to do any daytime sight seeing. I was really bummed about that...I spent so much time in NoLa as a kid, and wanted to share all my memories with Tadd and the boys. Oh well! Next time!!
Yummy dinner on Bourbon. We ate gator! I'd never had it before. Tasted like chicken.
There were mimes everywhere. I don't know how these guys don't move. This one reminded me of Flava Flav.
